We only collect the data you provide voluntarily through the contact form: full name, email address, your role, the type of project and whatever you write in your message.

As with any website, the server hosting these pages automatically records technical access data, including IP address, date and time of the visit and browser type. This data serves the operation and security of the service and is not used to identify you.

We use the form data for a single purpose: replying to your enquiry and, if the contact continues, managing the relationship that follows. The legal basis is the performance of pre-contractual measures taken at your request.

We do no profiling, we send no unsolicited commercial communications and we do not use your data for purposes other than those stated.

Form data reaches our company mailbox only. It does not feed any database, it is not sold to third parties and it is not transferred outside the European Union.

Only the people in the company who need to answer your enquiry have access to it. The only technical party involved is the provider hosting the site and the mail service, acting as data processor.

We keep messages for as long as needed to handle the enquiry. If the contact leads nowhere, we delete them within 24 months. If it turns into a working relationship, we keep the data for the duration of that relationship and for the periods required by law.

This site uses no profiling, analytics or third-party cookies. There are no analytics tools, advertising pixels, embedded maps or videos.

The only item stored by the browser is a technical flag remembering whether the opening animation has already played: it clears itself when you close the browser and cannot identify you. For this reason no prior consent is required.

At any time you may request access to your data, its correction or deletion, restriction of processing, object to processing and receive your data in a readable format. To exercise these rights write to info@tilaluxuryflooring.com: we reply within one month.

If you believe the processing infringes the law, you may lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (garanteprivacy.it).
